Defined by our commitment to leave the world better than we found it, we like to say we’re more than a production consulting company. We’re a production solutions company.

When I graduated college, few companies were willing to hire a woman as a production assistant. The solution? I forged my own path into the field. I worked as a receptionist at a production company and quickly rose to office manager. I learned how to bid a job, sell a job, and actualize a job, but I craved the full experience of being on set with the PAs. After three years, I made the leap into freelance production. I haven’t stopped leaping since.

My 30-year-long career has been defined by a desire to understand the production process from every perspective: I executed million dollar budgets as a line producer for brands like American Airlines, Audi, and P&G. I launched a supplies rental company that became the go-to vendor for expendables in New York. And I’ve managed both producers and vendors on more than 300 jobs as a client. Most recently, I was a Manager of Broadcast Production at Verizon, where I helped divert 6.6 tons of waste from landfills, partnered with two inclusivity programs (Streetlights in LA and Made in NY), and became a certified COVID Compliance Officer (CCO).

At Maidstone, I’m building on my depth and breadth of experience to define a new production process that works better for everyone and our planet. We bring an interdisciplinary and human-centered approach to production—one that prioritizes sustainability, safety, and inclusivity. Defined by our commitment to leave the world better than we found it, we like to say we’re more than a production consulting company. We’re a production solutions company.
